Replacement and custom-made tapes

Meta provides custom-made replacement belts for different uses, both in models with 50 mm pitch hinges (3 mm thick) and those with 35 mm pitch (2.5 mm thick).

The hinges of the meta belts have the special feature of having the containment fins, necessary for efficient evacuation of chips and scraps, molded directly from each element, eliminating the risk of "tearing" under severe conditions. The connecting pins are riveted to the chain, so that they do not allow slippage.

The catenaries used have breaking load 3000 or 5000 kg depending on the type, and the sliding rollers are hardened.
