Hinged belt evacuation 35 mm pitch

The 35 mm pitch hinged belt chip conveyor is particularly suitable for machining with a medium, long or hank type of chip where there is a need for minimum space and very low structure height.

BENEFITS

As the chips fall into the open area of the conveyor, they are transported by the belt along the ascending ramp, with the help of transverse paddles, and discharged to the desired height.

The '35 mm pitch' is the smallest size and allows for very low evacuation (around 130 mm), usually suitable for small machines, Asian machines with small spaces, existing tanks not arranged for evacuation, etc.

Its structure provides a sturdy, reliable though less performing transport than the 50 wheelbase if the transport length exceeds 3 meters.

It can be configured to the most suitable width to fit into existing tanks or machine bases, with widths going from 25 to 25 mm (250 to 500).

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • tank/case that performs the functions of a frame and a chip collector, within which the conveyor belt runs along guides shown on its inner walls: structure made of 3-gauge sheet metal and return guides made of drawn plate.

  • Conveyor belt composed of elements (metal hinges) used to move the processing scraps from the collection point to the discharge outlet located at the end of the up ramp;

  • Belt elements (hinges) machined from 2 mm thick cold-forged sheet metal, with 25 mm high thrust vanes;

  • transmission unit consisting of the electric motor, the gearbox, the motion transmission shaft on which the belt is keyed, and the belt slide tensioning system;

  • Electromechanical safety device mounted on the traction motor;

  • Optional coolant recirculation unit (electric pumps and filters);
