These filtration plants are made to connect hydraulically to a machining center from which it receives coolant liquid. The liquid is filtered through a flat cloth filter, which has the characteristics of ultra filtration because the grain size of the cloth reaches 25-30 microns, and all the liquid is allowed to permeate through the cloth.
The liquid then falls into the holding tank below, from which it is drawn by pumps (configuration designed with the customer) for recirculation to the machine tool. The electric pumps can be medium or high pressure, from 2 up to 80 bar as needed.
All of this can be managed through one of our PLC-equipped switchboards, configured according to the customer's need for use, or with simple wiring to which the customer will connect from their own electrical cabinets.
