Pressurised filtration and recirculation system for lubricant-coolant fluid with selfcleaning filter

Main features

• Filtering capacity of 300/600/900/1200 l/min at 25/50 micron of filtration;
• High pressure delivery from 30 to 80 bar;
• Delivery at low pressure with 1 or 2 electric pumps as required.

Technical characteristics

• Tank made of sheet metal to contain the coolant already filtered with a capacity of approx. 1000 litres, onto which are placed all the other system components. It is fitted with support feet and side hooks for lifting;
• 1 self-cleaning filtering module at 25-50 micron, with a capacity of 300/600/900 l/min, served by an electric pump to backwash the filtering fabric;
• 1 high pressure screw pump, with models that range from 30 to 80 bar;
• 2 low pressure pumps, which can be configured as required by the customer;
• 1 electric panel for management with PLC which can be integrated with the host machine.
